Betty K Line has moved cargo between Florida and the Bahamas since 1920, but its website had not kept pace. The old site was difficult to navigate and failed outright on a phone, where most of its shippers now start. Tribe Design executed a full website redesign on a responsive, mobile friendly framework, reorganizing services and quote requests around how customers actually search. A century of reliability, finally reflected online.
